Longtime commercial fishing advocate Capt. Bill Kelly is passing the lines to a new Florida Keys Commercial Fishing Association executive director after more than 15 years at the helm.
Kelly, who has served as a passionate advocate for the seafood industry in Monroe County, will be officially retiring at the Key West Seafood Festival early next month.
