RALEIGH — The N.C. Division of Marine Fisheries is seeking people with expertise in the spotted sea trout fishery to serve on a panel to help draft Amendment 1 to the spotted sea trout management plan.
The division staff is currently working on the amendment, which it hopes to present for approval by the N.C. Marine Fisheries Commission, the policy-making arm of the division, sometime this year.
