NEW BEDFORD — A provisional deal for the multimillion-dollar New Bedford State Pier redevelopment will not go forward.
MassDevelopment announced Dec. 22 it was recommending Taber’s Wharf Partners for the redevelopment, and both parties had entered into a "Provisional Designated Developer Agreement."
